They say you’re not a real ad agency until you hire your first intern, a fresh-faced, enthusiastic ball of energy ready to soak up knowledge and experience like a dry sponge. Ours was Rebecca. Rebecca did everything from hang pictures to deliver proofs and so much more. When she wasn’t hanging or delivering, she was looking over our shoulders and asking questions – really good and sometimes tough ones too. Hopefully, she learned as much about the business from us as we learned about enthusiasm and loving what you do from her.
